Recorded a song Today. Powerball/5150 Blended

Still working on getting a decent sound. 3 years running so far. I've got ok gear so if it sounds poor it's really just me.

The drums haven't been fiddled with velocity wise so they may sound a bit mechanical.

But the guitar tracks are 2 X 5150, 2 X ENGL single SM57.

Leads are 5150. The song isn't totally finished going to re do all the leads and add it some more stuff and then do a proper mix and i'll probably end up recorded it 20 more times and give up.

nice! that tone is brutal! I kinda feel the leads are a bit too loud... I do't feel they let the rythm come out all the time...

I love how the 5150 and PowerBall mix, tho... VERY flanders!

Yeah I'll turn down the leads. Well I'm actually going to re record them anyway.

Didn't have a chance to test through speakers.

Only my headphones.

And i'd use a tad less gain for a more ballsy tone, but that's just a matter of taste.
