Its just a lofi effect. Cut the lows, highs, and boost the high mids a bit.

nah I actually just set the intonation not too long ago. So that should all be straight, but I actually hear it a bit too.

maxon settings were
gain- 9 oclock
Tone- 9 oclock
Level- 3 oclock

wow that sounds great. Are you using thin strings? When the part at :52 starts you can hear the low string go slightly sharp and then return to pitch.

nah its my 7 string. I think I just dug into the guitar a bit too hard, bc right now I am using stock pickups(waiting for my lundgrens to show up) and its a bit of a pain trying to get any decent tone out of stock ibanez pickups.

I absolutely love it. I think it sounds outrageously huge.

Yeah I use my maxon live. The settings I use live seem outrageous but sound great to me.

fuck i knew it, i was just messing around with my presence on like 2 the other day and noticed it cuts out alot of that mega-treble that thing gets on the modern channel, my settings were pretty much the same lol!
