Joey, Can you also go into detail on your steps on recording vocals. I know you wrote a brief summary but can you into detail on that because i didnt understand S***.

I took this separate from the FAQ thread because he already did answer the question and it was answered in the OP. If you didn't understand what he said, then maybe you should study more on your own. Basic setup to record vocals is: singer -> microphone -> preamp -> (hardware processing) -> interface -> new track -> (plugin processing).
