Yeah....I think the problem with Darren's vocals on the first album was that he tried too hard to sound like Ozzy. Bad move. If he sticks more to a Harry Hess sound, like he used to do, he's good. I liked a lot of the songs on the first album, but I welcome more of a Badlands vibe this time around...I'll check it out.

Here's their new official vid. I understand Jake probably didn't want another Badlands....he would have gotten a different singer....but if I take this as a late 80's early 90's sleaze rock track then it works pretty well. I get an early Shotgun Messiah feel from it, which isn't a bad thing for me. His guitar is still SO distinctive.

Agreed.

I'm digging the new music. I'd go if the they came local to me.
