Reducing ground loop noise/hum

Right ive decided i need a device to do this as im getting bad results when reamping and using DI units, and in my price range (£35) there are two or 3 options

just wondering which you'd go for:

I own the Behringer and it is okay. It does what its supposed to and it´s cheap. So I´d go for it.

theres no noticable loss in signal quality is there? like frequency response etc?

At least I can´t hear any. Maybe when reamping clean guitars but who´d do that?!
Before the Behringer I had a hum destroyer from ART (can´t remember which). I could a hear a difference in sound with that. It killed some of the high frequencies so I finally sold it.
EDIT: Just saw the ART is on your list. I wouldn´t buy THAT.

The cheap clean box. I don´t know the other. Never tried that.
