Refractive eye surgery

Hi guys, I'll do PRK laser surgery soon... Anyone here did Laser surgery? Tell me your experiences...

My wife had it done and loves it. Was pretty simple and not too painful. It was expensive though.

I know a few people who have done it. From what I've heard the consensus seems to be the best investment all of them have made in their lives

Considering getting it in 2 months.
Be sure to take the best technology tho, don't go with the 499$ per eye lol

Normally do you still have to wear glasses after the surgery?
I work with a guy who did the surgery and never had to wear glasses again, but I'm not sure if this is how it usually goes.
He says it was the best money he ever spent.

Lasik. I think like you say it depends on your eyes which one to use.
