Rehearsal room acoustic setup

Hi everyone,

I want to make better acoustics in my band's rehearsal room, so I'd like to ask you, what are the basic, must-know things, and what are the more advanced techniques to achieve the best sound possible. And of course, I don't want to spend millions on it, so I'm looking for cheap solutions The room is appr. 5.5m x 2.5m, and 2.5m high, all walls are concrete.
