Now that you mention it, I think I know what you're talking about. I'd have to give it a listen paying attention to the background sounds, but I seem to recall noticing a ringing sort of sound on previous occasions.

ISIS is awesome. Oceanic is one of the best-flowing albums I've ever heard.

mosquito control isn't as good as oceanic, so i guess the answer would be "no", but it's still really good. and there are better tracks than "Maritime" on oceanic, too.
