Replicating the Boss HM-2

Anybody got suggestions for trying to emulate the HM-2 sound without an HM-2, and preferably in POD Farm? I'm using their knockoff (the "Killer Z" or whatever it's called) mixed with a fuzz pedal and it sounds fairly close, but not quite there yet. I'm trying to basically copy the Rotten Sound/Nasum/Cursed III guitar tone.

HM-2's can be found for 70$, pretty much everywhere. Nothing competes with the real thing, plus amplitube 3 is more expensive than 70$ no?

no amplitube custom is free. the hm2 clone can be bought for a few bucks, as an in-store buy

I think the best way would be to just buy the real pedal or the behringer copy of it for I think 30 bucks maybe? I would do that.

I have a metalzone modded by joe bodenhamer. Think it was the behemoth mod. You can get a hm2 tone out of it but tighter and more detailed/cleaner than a hm2
