Hi, I just red the session diarys on opeth.com, really interesting stuff.
So requiem was supposed to be longer than 1.10 because the beginning of "Apostle in Triumph" belongs to "Requiem" (just a mistake during the mastering
)? Well, I always wondered about the long break in Apostle after 1:25...
That´s good to know, because I plan to make a mellow CD just with all the quiet songs from Opeth and so I´ll repair requiem by adding the missing part to it...
Another interesting fact was the instrumental which was done for Morningrise but didn´t make it on the album because the lack of time (which really is a shame in my opinion, because I love instrumentals... )
He writes that this great piece will be recorded later (maybe). So did that happen or not? I don´t think it´s one of the instrumentals on MAYH or BWP.....?
Does anyone know more about that?
