Requiem for a Dream

One of my all time favourites. That film killed me. From the relationship with his mother in the beginning scenes to the epic ending, and the oh-so-famous soundtrack.

Top notch film in all sectors, my favourite of Aronofsky.

One of the best movies for me too. I generally like Arronovsky's films, but this one is...
I was in a great mood before starting watching it (i didn't know anything about the plot, except it's about drugs) and when it ended I felt like I was hit by a train!
That was the movie that made me fall in love with Jenifer Connely...

Aronofsky is amazing. Pi was okay, Requiem was GREAT, The Fountain was FANTASTIC and so was The Wrestler. Between Aronofsky, Kubrick and Sam Mendes' films I don't need to watch anything else.

Way before batman begins came out, I had heard from the dude at the video store that Arronofsky was going to direct the new batman. I was so fucking excited, but then we got this shit that came out with Christian Bale. Who in their fucking right mind would choose Christian Bale? dammit.

I absolutely love this movie, although I am always unnerved and slightly depressed by the ending. The soundtrack for this album is freaking amazing. I love Clint Mansell's more minimalistic style. Lux Aterna is just a masterpiece.

The Fountain is hard for some people to get into/follow, but I think this movie is just as powerful (if not more so) than Requiem. I just find it hard to go wrong with the Aronofsky/Mansell combo :worship:

Arronofsky is going to direct the new Robocop!!!

I admit I had a knee jerk reaction to this, but then I thought, maybe it just means we'll get to develop more of Alex Murphy character and background along with the taking jabs at popular culture. Lets just hope he does action well and that they give him a budget to work with. Oh, and that Clint Mansell doesn't ruin the Robocop theme.
