Ressurection... guitar tone

That has to be the single NASTIEST guitar sound I've ever heard... it basically sounds like the guitar is puking... its amazing!

Anyone know what was used? Must be 4 distortion pedals into an ENGL Powerball (my guess :hotjump

While this thread is here, does anyone know the EQ settings to use to achieve the sound? What's the Gain, Bass, Middle & Treble set to to get a decent Bloodbath sound?
