Review of "Tears..." (in Russian)

A while ago I've started a project, some sort of a proto-webzine, a resource of reviews and other material. This site is not advertized yet. So far it's written almost entirely in Russian (I don't have too much time and I'm not too good at writing in English). So far I keep "design" itself to a bare minimum, and intend to do it this way for a while, at least before I find hosting and, again, spare time.
