Ok, how cool would that be then, Rhapsody and Grave digger playing the uk together?
Cmon guys, you know you want it too!

Not only did they play London, but they were absolutely awesome. Easily the band of the night, and they far outshone headliners U.D.O. I'm really hoping they play the UK again soon, particularly given the strength of their most recent album (their best since "Tunes of war", IMHO). Incidentally, the opening act that night was Rainmaker 888 (now renamed Enemymaker 888, who appeared at Bloodstock '02).Originally posted by Fragile Dreams

Both Rhapsody and Manowar are down on record as officialy stating that they have no intention of coming here
No, it was at the Marquee in 1994, promoting the "Secrets Of Steel" boxed set. Which admittedly is only marginally better.Originally posted by Andi
The last time Manowar "Hailed England" was '92ish wasn't it? Off The Triumph of Steel album.
Those two statements don't really fit together, since Mat SInner (of Primal Fear) owns Nuclear Blast (Manowar's record label). Manowar easily outsell Primal Fear, so for Mat to claim poor sales prevent a UK Manowar show just doesn't seem plausible.Originally posted by wolfhoff
I know for a fact that with Manowar it because of their Record Company not wanting them to come here because of so say "poor sales" hence no promoter will take a chance on them. At least Primal Fear and Kamelot etc take the chance and come here!
