And turning out shit like "Warriors Of The World" doesn't help, either. I've been a big fan since the '80s, but it's by far the worst thing they've ever recorded... but even so, I'd still love to see them live again.

Exactly. I mean, how many UK fans did Griffin or Nostradameus or Cyberya or Freedom Call (obviously I'm talking about their first gig at The Underworld) have before they played here? I'd guess at a couple of dozen at most. Yet they still came over, and played, and I'll guarantee they all won new fans in the process.

Damn right about Freedom Call. I had already got the first album but after seeing them with HammerFall I was hooked. Great band and I think they had the same effect for many more at last years Bloodstock.

GRAVE DIGGER... are worthy of a place on the lineup, come on Vince & Co, give Chris a bell.~? They were excellent @ the underworld 3 years ago,

MANOWAR... No chance, they won't come here. Not even 1 date in London can they manage... There r thousands of fans in the uk, buying their releases year after year. (i mean once in a blue moon. If were lucky.)... Great band, but not such a great attitude or desire towards playing in he UK.!!!

Too right!

'Hail To England!' - My fucking ringpiece

Grave Digger would be good but hopefully I'll be seeing them at Blind Guardian Open-Air-Fest (If financial constraints grant me virtue)

Cmon, you only need look to see how many times people say they would like to see gravedigger on so many threads on this board, gravedigger is metal incarnate, they fit perfcetly on a bloodstock bill, so cmon, lets get em over here, go on, give Chris a ring.......;)

I'll second that...best performance of the day for me, even if they're not my favourite band overall...went and bought crystal empire as soon as i could afterwards.

Here's another vote for Gravedigger. Truly superb metal band. It would also probably be the only opportunity I get to see them live so Pleeease get them on the bill.
