How do you compose ringtones like that? Is there somewhere I can find that holds a list of numbers and their tonal equivalents?

first number is just what note it is.. 16th, 8th and so on.. the letter is the note, and the last number is the octave (ranging from 3 to 1.. at least on my phone). a "-" is a pause
