RIP Dime! Track inside.

Nuno Filipe, hi! Good mix overall!
Some points on my taste:
  • Low the cymbals volume a bit
  • Add some presence to the guitars (though it is better to see after cymbals adjusting)
  • Low the vox level a bit
  • Cut some highs on the verb tales
  • Cut some lower mids and add a bit of lows to the toms to make them
These are just my thoughts on your mix.
BTW, what did you use for drums?

xXxMetalJunkiexXx, hi! Thanks for the comment!
The bass consists of two tracks in this mix:
  1. TSE B.O.D., compressed and EQ'ed
  2. Poulin LeGion (again, yep :) ) and then filtered to leave mids and higher mids only
Pretty common scheme for a metal bass tone. The most part of the tone is covered in the DI: when the instrument and the player both are great, then it becomes really easier to get some descent sounding from such a mix component.

Thanks man! You have good years! This time I thought that wouldnt be bad at all to leave the cymbals a bit loud.
Presence in the guitars? Some boost in hi mids to cut better? I think they are a bit nasty, some cut in the mids would make them fit better.
The verb tales I was lazy, but I thought that would give a cool effect in the speech part.
The toms, you are absolutely right, I did nothing on them!ahah If there is something that I dont like to process, it´s the toms, it´s quite boring. I did nothing here because there is very few use of them also.

This is the first time that I put a snare, without doing nothing on her, not even compression. I threw this snare on the mix in the begining thinking that would be just a good snare to start mixing. After mixing almost all, I thought why even bother, this shit sounds good. It´s a slate snare, my first time using slate. Cant remember wich snare but I can look if you are intersted.

The toms are metal machine, cymbals are avatar kit, superior 2, but I think that they can be spotted a mile away!ahah The kick is 100% replaced.

Your mix sounds quite good also man, the low end it´s quite solid. The snare I think it´s a litlle too big for this kind of music, I think it suits quite well for rock stuff but not so well for this kind of metal. Well but that it´s just personal preferences. Nothing wrong here. Besides that, I only can point my finger at the "mastering" The mix sounds a bit too compressed and limited. But you did a great job, brutalizing the mix in the good way.

Btw, all the bass grit comes from BOD? I have to take a look again at that plugin.
