Not that these bands/musicians would not be there but many times it is wishful typing/jumping the gun/trying to start a spark to create a fire when bands/musicians post things like this. I can assure you Glenn will not even be thinking about such things until January-ish nor has he agreed/hinted at agreeing to any bands/musicians yet.

Haha, yea, you are right deron. I remember last year everyone was like "Oh yea, Iced Earth and Sonata Arctica are definites for V" And did either of them get there, no, glenn surprised the hell out of all of us and the show kicked more ass than humanly possible.

I had read Glenn's statement on that matter to mean he was considering attempting to sponsor/promote the Atlanta date of their tour, not necessarily as part of ProgPower. I doubt Glenn would be terribly much interested in putting a band in a headlining progpower slot in the midst of a full US tour. But I could be wrong.
