OH. MY...

:OMG:

Words can't describe! Simply amazing. Sounded AWESOME. Performed AWESOME. AWESOME setlist. (Though I would like more solo stuff, especially from his masterpiece Amused to Death).

Being so close to almot reach out and touch Waters (2nd row center), you can really see how expressive and emotive his and the band's faces and body language is. They really are on a different level than MOST performers out there.

This show, the other 2 times I saw him in 2002, and Pink Floyd live all still rank at the top for me, and I've seen LOTS of shows. Wow.

And it was a long show, but well run - 1 hour set, 15 minute break, 1 hour set, 3 minutes of LOUD cheering, and a 25 minute well deserved encore. I heard one of the venue workers say that there were 25,000+ people there. WOW.

If you have a chance to see this tour, DO IT!

Yep, he's doing all of DSotM for the 2nd set, a good portion of the Wall for an encore, and a "greatest hits" of sorts for the 1st set:

Set 1:
In the Flesh
Mother
Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun
Shine on You Crazy Diamond (part 1 was missing, but 2-5 were there)
Have a Cigar
Wish You Were Here
South Hampton Dock
Fletcher Memorial Home
Perfect Sense 1 + 2
Leaving Beirut
Sheep

Set 2:
Dark Side of the Moon (entire)

Encore:
Happiest Days of Our Lives
Another Brick in the Wall: Pt. 2
Vera
Bring the Boys Back Home
Comfortably Numb

So what was the set list exactly?
Isn't it being promoted as "Dark Side of the Moon" tour?
Water's is doing a 3 hour selection of music from his own and Pink Floyd's catalogues.

Although I can't remember the exact set list, at Nissan he did a selection of various songs (a lot from The Wall, a few early Pink Floyd albums that I'm not as familiar with, and some solo stuff) and then played Dark Side of the Moon in its 100% entirety. Then he came back on to do a 25 minute encore of 3 more songs (can't remember?, Another Brick in the Wall pt. 2, and Comfortably Numb). It's definitly a show worth seeing.
