Rollins Band - Get Some Go Again

[Tough As Steel]

I bought that CD today and it rocks! Does anyone else have it? What do you think of it?

I think the tempo of the record and alot of the guitar playing is reminiscent of 70's/80's hard rock, not dissimilar to what you mght find on some Maiden tracks circa 80/81.

I cant believe i didnt get it when it came out 2 years ago, anyway i have it now and after ive given it a good listen i think i'll get his latest - Nice.

I bought it early last year, and I quite like it. I'm not a huge fan of his vox, but the music totally grooves!

i got most of the rollins band stuff and it is one of my favs thats for bloody sure..i love the Jam track right at the end of the album it is very cool indeed

Yes Southy, that was a surprise that last track but its very good.

Mark - hes not a great singer, but her certainly gets his message across. I like it - very agressive.

I still like 'Weight' and 'The End of Silence'. Then again, I still like Black Flag.

Weight is a very cool album, it was the first Rollins Band CD I ever got after i saw the clip to "Liar" on Rage and thought "this guy is freakin' psycho".....

The End Of Silence is good'un too.

Come In And Burn had some good tracks, i love Away To The Cage but the album overall was not that good.

Get some go again is great but I think if you liked that his next album is even better. "Nice" was my favorite Album of last year plus it has a great Cover.

Yes, the cover to Nice did look rather appealing. Heaps of money (notes) spread out over a nice naked womans body.

I'm yet to get Nice. GSGA rocks. Weight's still my favourite. Come In and Burn sounded tired, so it was a good thing he got a new band.

Rollins has this ability to just make you say "F8Ck the World" I love it
