Romeos best solo with feeling

Odyssey, when it begins the "Champion of Ithaca" part. Those 45 seconds of music (when the strings play, the piano, and then the solo) are some of the best I've ever heard. The solo itself is extremely easy musically, but no one could ever play it as well as Romeo.

Accolade II is in fact my favourite Romeo solo. As far as emotion is concerned, Lady of the Snow is outstanding as well... his guest solo on Ayreon's "Dawn of a Million Soul" is great in terms of melody.
