ROSEN PULSE HELP!!

I just downloaded Rosen digital audios pulse IR loader. I can’t find anywhere how to set a file pathway or whatever for pulse so I can have an IR folder for it. When I try to hit the ext. IR button nothing happens. Can someone help please?
