Rush Time Machine Tour

I'm debating on going to this. Geddy said in an interview that they would be playing for 3 hours, which is awesome. The price is a little steep for my liking, so I'm still on the fence. If they play Necromancer, that alone would sway me into going. I'll probably wait and just get lawn seats for the Atlanta show if the setlist looks good.

Yeah I'm sure of it. I got my tickets today and it says on there "An Evening with Rush" which typically when bands do that it's about a 3 hour show, if not longer.

It should be great. I am budgeting my money and Scorpions have priority, as this is my last time to see them. I wish they would play 3 hours.

Holy smokes!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summerfest on July 2nd...

Also at Summerfest on July 2nd........the Scorpions!!!!

The problem is that both will probably be headlining different stages at the same time.

Scorpions are playing on July 2nd. Rush is on July 3rd.

Bet I can't get both days off. I wonder if they are going to be hanging out in Milwaukee, or Chicago on July 4 (or going home, since it's a short hop).

I know for sure I'm doing the Rush show on Saturday. The Friday depends just simply because, well, it's a friday and if I don't get out of Chicago soon enough, I won't be able to make it since getting into Milwaukee on a Friday can be a bitch and a half. I'm honestly surprised Scorpions haven't announced a Chicago date yet. Oh well, you know they will at some point. They it's going to be a 3 year tour.

July 1st in KC - My dad, my lil bro, and me and BEEEEEERZZZZ

If you manage to piss Geddy off so that he yells at you, Jon Oliva-style, I will worship you as a god.

I picked up two back-of-the-seats tickets for the Atlanta show ($59 each plus fees), but will probably hang with my ever-growing crue (at least 8-10 friends from several states) on the lawn for much of the set.
Seeing "Vital Signs" and "Camera Eye" live will be worth the price alone. NEVER thought I'd get to see the latter song live.

Thread from the dead...
