i just got it and ill tell you its pretty cool. i kinda wish the drums were totally seperated and more of a wish that they were raw but hell its better than nothing. i may be able to score some clean samples.

the guitars sounds dope though and very not what i would think they sound like isolated.

yea i was upset. i kinda was hoping for individual drums. that would be choice.

this really gives you a cool insight as to how machine layered all the FX samples. the FX channel is where it's at in addition to the vocals and "gang vocals" it is very artistically produced as opposed to everything being slammed.

it's interesting how many hidden things there are i never picked up on.

well here are some uses i got out of it. i'm making it a goal to learn and record the guitars for this album and try to get as close as possibe. i have a mark iv and similar pickups.

i had a dual rect road king in my studio and just got the waves SSL and gold (c4) stuff so i figured let me put it to good use. i still need to get used to the SSL stuff...

after i'm done learning and recording it sometime in the spring just for fun i think i'm going to butcher it up and change all the vocals by editing them and changing all the riffs. like an alternate dimension sacrament bizzaro world. that should be fun. ps - this took short to do and it was more like to break the monotony of spending an entire day editing drums so it's not really meant to sound good. i had to come up with a generic lamb of god riff on a Eb tuned guitar, because like i said the only guitar i have in dropped D i left at home.
