ARMORED SAINT Confirmed For Germany's BANG YOUR HEAD!!! Festival - Nov. 28, 2005
Reunited California-based metallers ARMORED SAINT, who feature in their ranks (former?) ANTHRAX singer John Bush and current FATES WARNING bassist Joey Vera, have been confirmed for next year's installment of the Bang Your Head!!! festival, set to take place June 23-24, 2006 in Balingen, Germany. The festival billing is shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

ARMORED SAINT last performed live on July 30, 2005 at the Dodge Theater in Phoenix, Arizona as the opening act for the SCORPIONS. It is not presently clear if plans exist for the band to begin work on a new studio album. The group's last CD, "Revelation", came out in 2000 on the Metal Blade label.

the only record i have is the last studio album called revelation,u should check it out,i wouldnt bother with the older stuff but revelation just rocks so hard.

I think Alex was jamming on old school Armored Saint back when his mommy tucked him into bed.


Symbol of Salvation is really good in the vein of Revelation.

I like Armored Saint. Never got to see them though, being as how I am a youngin. If they came around my town though, I would be there in a heartbeat.

I'd never really heard them but went out and bought Symbol of Salvation the day I heard he was "the new guy".

The music was alright I guess but it didn't blow me away. I loved his voice immediately though!
