anyone care to share their settings??? i find myself boosting the bass , lowering treb. and pres. and having the mix around noon as a starting point
bass 1 oclock
treb 11 oclock
pres 10 oclock
gain 1 oclock
depends on the bass aswell. these settings worked with a bc rich nj series bass

Blend: 100 %
Treble: 10 o'clock
Bass: 12 o'clock
Drive: 2 o'clock
Presence: 2 o'clock

But I have to say I'm not entirely happy with those yet.

if i use it without an amp, i usually start off with the SVT setting and tweek it to taste (usually a bit more drive and bit less presence, depending on the bass and the music)
if i use it with a tube amp, i use it with a lot less blend (around 10-11 o' clock) so it's used more as a booster.
using my fender jazz and orange head my own settings are:
drive 1:30
bass: 11:00
treble: 11:00
pres: 01:00
blend: 10:30
level: 12:00

Level: (depends on what its going through, especialy when i'm using an active warwick)

i fiddle all the time with it, especialy on stage. i find it hard to control the rediculas attack on them sometimes.

but it always sounds differant depending on what your goin through.
