Is really good.

There's something that kicks a ton of ass with the production of this album. It's dirty in a really cool way. The guitars aren't super tight, the production isn't uber-clean (which is quite different for Johnny K). The snare on some songs is almost annoying...but only because you can tell it isn't a super processed sample. Maybe annoying is the wrong word. It sticks out, has a lot of body, but doesn't sound "right" for modern production...I don't think I'm making a lot of sense here. Anyway, the album just sounds huge. I'm on my 5th listen today, and I haven't liked anything this band has done in almost 10 years.

Just thought I'd throw it out there. Stand-out track would be "The Bottom" for me. "Paper Wings" is a pretty slammin' track as well.

Also, Mike shreds it up on this album, and it isn't just incessant wanking.

heard it yesterday, sound is nice, and there are a few good tracks on it, i love the last one!

the "throw it all away" riff is a complete "lateralus by tool" ripoff btw.

Production of the album was great. But....i feel the album is superficial. I cant buy into Arron's screams on this album, the rawness, the anger, the emotion just isnt there for me. Plus they had a really tough time making this album, the drummer quit the band during the process that tells you one thing, plus they worked in separate studios. Good album, but not for the band. (i've been listening to them since tormented)

That track with Snoop Dogg is pretty embarrassing - not because they got a rapper on it but because it's just plain shit.

Not even gonna deny that I'd give give a spare limb to be in a multi-platinum selling band but the song is still shit :D

HATERS GONAD HATE.
