Anyways, what do I need to be tuned to, to play these scales? Yes, I'm new

Harmonic minors are pretty cool.

I use phrygian dominant all the time, as well as harmonic minor and it's other modes. Certain Asian scales are pretty neat as well.

Also, every scale that I know of can be played in standard tuning.
