My opinion:
Shecter. pros=sound,scale cons=quality(meaning that you have to hand pick it yourself cause i've seen some flaws on the bindings of a hellraiser)
EC-1000. pros=sound,quality cons=scale
Gibson exp. pros=looks,sound cons=scale,way overpriced for the quality
My suggestion is to check out the Jim Root tele.The only thing thats keeping me from not buying it is my wife
