Hi fellow Metalheads. I'm an English Language student and of course, HUGE metalhead! We have been told that for our A Level in English Language we have to think of a Language Study to do next school year (so this September).
I was thinking that I could do something like "Lyrical Interpretations in Heavy Metal" inspired by what happened in the 80's with bands like Twisted Sister (I saw it on "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey"), or something like studying where Metal bands got their names from. I'm still quite unclear on what I want to do, so I thought you guys might be able to help me out with some ideas for a study.
Any suggestions for other investigations or more information about ones I have mentioned are welcome, and of course they have to be metal!
