Before you get excited Scots man, you need to remember that England are in a rebuilding process. After winning the world cup a lot of their veterans retired, they are now trying to build up a young sq1uad in time for the next world cup. well, in 1999 world cup, we left off ireland out of the cuestion and lost in semifinals agaist france... also argentina is a potence of rugby (not too long ago we beated scotland in edimbugh)
