Scott's machine gun like rhythm

here's something to watch for.... when you see scott play live, check out how he anchors his and at the bridge and pivots at the wrist. Also, for some parts, you'll notice that he drops his right shoulder a bit and digs in.... that gives some more leverage, too. Either way, he is a monster picker.

Wow. I've been listening to "Lights Camera Revolution" alot lately!!

What ever happened to Rocky George? He's one of my all time favorite guitar players.

That's one great album! I have it on vinyl. Go'n Breakdown and Emotion #13 are my favorite tracks and I used to use You Can't Bring Me Down to get me up in the morning.

One of the first concerts I ever went to was Suicidal and my girlfriend at the time bought me one of those Suicidal hats.

Rocky played on the last Cro Mags album.
My 1st Anthrax concert had ST as support!!!!!

yeah, rocky george is an incredible player. and has a very unique sound/style. he is soooo underated and i always wondered why he never got the props he deserved. people more interested in boring players instaed, like kerry king and kirk hammett (yuk!)...
(he has a contact email address on the cro mags site.)

same with ST really. they've released so much great music in the past few years that has gone more or less unnoticed. and they seem to be playing small venues these days too - shame. i love 'suicidal for life' and 'lights camera...' what great records!!!
i love how they mix punk with thrash with funk.

ironic that they must have been such a big influence on bands that have sold many more records than them (rage against the machine, limp bizkit etc).
ah well they had their days of glory...

I use hotmail. They have "Sent Messages" but I have to check "Save Message" before I click "Send" in order to have it in my "Sent Messages" folder.
