Just wanted to know... At the tapping lead at about 2:35, I kinda get alot of noise while doing it, so what should I do to get rid of it?

i have no clue, i tried to learn the solo in smoke and mirrors and i have tons of extra noise going on. i don't understand how michael gets it so clean.

the trick really is just starting out VERY slowly and very gradually increasing speed with the metronome. Make sure you're muting the higher strings with the flesh of your left hand first finger and also you can mute the lower ones with your right hand palm.

nailed it, another option is to lightly tie something around your neck and use it as a dampner, but thats cheating

De-noisers help alot, but dampning the strings is the best way to go
