Hi all, just wanted to advertise my services I offer.

My name is Charlie, and I am an aspiring freelance music producer/engineer. I am looking for clients who may be interested in my services. I have a degree in Music and Sound Technology, and I will be completing my Masters in Music Engineering and Production shortly. I have experience mixing and mastering for a variety of styles, mainly within the genres of rock and metal.

My latest and biggest piece of work is a 54 minute instrumental progressive metal album. This was material that was written by me, which I recorded, mixed, mastered and programmed the drums for. I feel this is by far the highest quality of work I have ever produced, and it can be streamed or downloaded here: http://charliemunro.bandcamp.com/album/maverick

I also have a Soundcloud, which features some other material I have worked on. Although I feel it is not as high quality as my above album, here is a link if you want to check out more material: https://soundcloud.com/charlie-munro-mixes

I am also experienced with drum programming, and I am able to either compose or program MIDI drums through Superior Drummer 2.0. I have transcribed many songs by ear, including tracks by complex and technical bands including Periphery and Protest The Hero.

The services I offer are as follows:

Full song mix: £35
Full song master: £15
Drum transcription/programming: Varied

I will not charge extra for longer tracks, although if you require multiple tracks for an EP or album we can arrange fees.

Regarding the drum service, I am able to transcribe most songs by ear into a MIDI format. Additionally, I can program the MIDI to give a more natural and less mechanical quality. In both cases, the amount of time this would take me would be very dependent on the length and complexity of the drum parts, and therefore fees would have to be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in my services or have any questions please either post here or PM me. Additionally you can contact me on my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/munromixing

Thanks for checking out my material, hope to be working on some projects soon!

£35 is ridiculously low. You should charge at least 3 times that.

I know it is lower than other figures I have seen but I figured I want as many pieces to work with as possible, no point in me charging £100 per song if no one values my work at £100.

Would you suggest I charge more, given the quality of my work and my experience?
