Set List

They should play all of their short/heavy songs acoustically with a shuffle beat throughout. Who wouldn't want to hear a blues rendition of Out of the Ashes, or Evolution with a swing groove?

Here's the set from their first show in NYC:

Of Sins and Shadows
Domination
Inferno
Evolution
Communion and the Oracle
Smoke and Mirrors
Set the World on Fire
The Serpent's Kiss
King of Terrors
Sea of Lies
The Odyssey

Aside from the PL material, I hope to see NONE of these other tracks, with exception of The Odyssey. Actually, I could go without ever seeing Inferno and King of Terrors again. SX setlists will forever baffle me.

I suppose I'll make yet another desperate plea for The Edge of Forever, but the Cubs winning the World Series this year would be a safer bet...

Yeah...as I've said before, that setlist is kind of weak. It's all the same shit they play at (it seems) most of their shows. -shrug- I'm happy either way now, since I haven't seen 'em live before, except on Youtube, I will take any setlist at the moment...I just have..preferences.

I've been looking around on YouTube and other video sites for their live shows..and I have also been looking for different set lists from the past, to see what songs they have played live.

It's disappointed how they haven't really varied much on what songs they play live. Almost every show is the same songs it seems, and that's going as far back from when they were playing Eyes of Medusa live.

It would just be nice to see a little change every now and then.

...maybe they do change what they play live and people just don't post set lists ever or videos.

:puke:

I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't changed that much. But think of the live album. That was a unique concert. I don't know why they don't play a concert like that.

Yeah, it was a decent album. Only thing is it STILL has every song they play live at every other show lol.

It'd be nice if they even used like one or two songs from that album to play. There's just no variation...all the same shit all the time

Oh well..at least they are touring lol

None of their music is shit, except maybe with the exception of Shades of Grey or something like that.

They just need to play different stuff for once.

Well, they are calling it the "Paradise Lost" tour, so it would make perfect sense to play more new stuff and less of the stuff that they always have played.

Unfortunately though, I think they are scared of changing what they play live because fans might not like the change or something.

I have tried incredibly hard to find a changed setlist or videos showing just a one song change, but to no avail.

It's all the same songs for S-X this tour again. They seem to play a FEW new ones, but not the most popular.

I was hoping for some more new songs on this tour since the album just came out but they only seem to be playing TSK, Domination, and STWOF at every show..along with the same old shit they always play.

Hey sorry for double posting but it's been awhile and I have a question.

On the tours section of the site it says that the last show played was June 24th which was in El Salvador and the next show after that is July 12 in CT...which is in North America.

What I'm getting at is...is that a for sure, confirmed like 18 day break they get in there? Because if so, they very well might change the set list for the second "leg" (if they have the break) of the tour!!!

If this "break" is real in between N. and S. America..this could be GREAT!!!

Now for someone to either Debunk it or confirm it and make my pee pee going high. lol

Yep...hopefully someone soon can confirm if this is in fact, a break for the band.
Because a new leg usually means a change-up (if only one or two songs) of the set.

...and a fresh band :)

OOOOOooooo I'm excited.
