Definitely one of the best holidays I have ever experienced. We had this amazing guest hazan, and the job he did was simply jaw dropping. Friday night's service (although not technically part of the holiday anymore) was the most lively, spiritual and beautiful services that I have ever attended. He did a wonderful job of mixing Egyptian, Syrian, Iraqi, as well as Spanish/Portuguese melodies while he was reading, and he did an extraordinary job in his delivery of the more traditional hymns during kaballat shabbat.
So how was everyone else's holiday?
