I mean, with the caliber of bands at the pre-party, isn't there a chance too many people might come and you'll have to turn people away?

I think the pre-party is being held upstairs in The Loft, which is reportedly bigger than the downstairs Vinyl part. I expect both parts might be open for mixing and meet'n'greeting....hope so, anyway!

Last year the lobby part (only) of Earthlink Live itself was open during the pre-party, a fact that many people didn't discover until later in the evening, and that was pretty cool. (And, of course, it gave the venue more places to sell alcohol and make money. )

Yeah...what's up with that?...our party was leaving cuz there wasn't a whole lot going on...then we turn to look in the lobby...holy shit!...there's Caffery, there's Timo...we'd been missing out the whole time...

Don't get me wrong...last year's pre-party was cool (just being part of the entire PPUSA vibe makes the whole trip worthwhile)...but it's good to see a return to a larger venue where we can rock out, mix & mingle, or just chill as the feeling hits...

Last year the plan was to have the show at the "Loft". Unfortunately it wasn't ready for showtime, so we had no choice but to move it to the "Vinyl". I was pessimistic about it, but was pleasantly suprised with the way it turned out.

The plan is to have an area where people can mingle and get away from the madness. I'm not sure of the Exact logistics of where right now, but there is no need to fret!!!

There are a few worries, but none of them are about having to turn anyone away... hehe
