Okay, so Kev build me a beast of a machine, can't wait to test the PC! :kickass:
However, problem being Kev meastro is in the UK and im in the netherlands.
We looked at some options and companies that can do the shipping, but the UK/NL postal connection does not seem to be the best out there. :erk:

Anyone ever send/received something like a PC from the UK to NL? what was the company you used and how did things go?

I have been checking reviews and impressions of companies, but it seems that all companies are shit, judging from those :p

Any advice is welcome, cheers!

So far, we've looked at a few companies, DHL, Fed ex, UPS. Some of them will carry, but not insure and there have been incidents obviously where things have been damaged a bit or even lost completely which we cannot possibly have :( Ive also kind of been thinking is there any point insuring anyway as when things go bad, it seems to take months and never to get anything back!

Hmm, just take out the HDD drives and pack them in bubble wrap and tape them inside the chassis. All the other components will survive the trip without problems i guess

Try to figure out how brands like DELL, HP, ALIENWARE, and FALCON NORTHWEST (they still around?) ship their pre-configured PCs. It seems like leaving cards in would be a bad idea, but I'm sure they do it somehow.
