yes, i have been lifting for only 4 months now, and at some point the tit effect will be gone. Also note, that i was actually flexing my muscles when the pics were taken and I was leaning forward.I've been lifting weights since I was 14, and it really just looks like his muscles are still somewhat undeveloped. Stop working out your chest, or you'll have boobs like that for the rest of your life.![]()
On friday, I will get to work on my chest again, today i did back and biceps.
Andrew, What is your chest routine btw? Mine is kinda like this: 4 sets of 12 reps of flat bench press. 3 sets of 12 reps of the iso lateral hammer strenght machine, and as of lately 2 sets of military press (12 reps) and 2 sets of incline bench press (15 reps), and 3 sets of cable crossover (12 reps). Not in the order i do those. I also do triceps extension, and lateral raises, and should pres in the same workout.
