*****************

This was our first show in nearly a year and man was it waaaaay overdue. We have had a few lineup changes since the last show and we wanted to take our time making everything right before rushing up onto the stage again.

The live lineup that took the stage included Matt Knowles (Rhythm Guitars & Male Vocals), Katy Decker (Female Vocals), Marius Kozlowski (Lead Guitar), Sean Tibbetts (Bass), Sean Currie (Drums) and Anton Kalaj (Keyboards).

The venue itself has a lot of potential, but it seems obvious that the Ocala City Council, fire inspector, and police must have it out for this venue. It was a Saturday night show and the fire inspector scheduled an inspection at 8pm (hmm...) well... needless to say he didn't get there (with police escort) until 10pm (another hmm)... which not only delayed our show by 1 HOUR it also ran off many of the fans (who got pat downs and harassed like mad). Out of the 150-200 people who were there, about half probably got to see the show.

That being said those were there got to see what I consider our best performance live ever. The songs were tight, the fans were rabid... and yeah it was hot as the surface of the sun on stage. If we set up our gear in a sauna and played it would have been cooler! All three of the new guys really stepped up to the plate (Currie, Tibbetts, and Kalaj) and gave great performances.

We played FOUR new songs that will be recorded for our upcoming FEAR DARK Records release. Those songs were: Pitch Black, Frozen, Playing God, and Shadows of Time. We also played The Tale of Sullen Eyes live for the first time.

Many of the personalities from the SWF Wrestling Federation were there also. They've given us a lot of support over the past few months and I was glad to see them tearing it up in the pit (one scary moment saw Simon Bane about to have world war III after getting punched in the pit - I was sure all heck was gonna break loose but luckily nothing too bad erupted). Thanks to Chainsaw, Dick Stuart, Simon Bane, Sassy, and the rest of the SWF who were there showing support (check them out at www.baddoggentertainment.com)

On to Tampa on the 27th!
