That "victim" was allegedly a man hired to beat the shit out of Gaahl. Gaahl turned the tables on him and beat him up when the victim tried to close him in. And the whole blood drinking bullshit is lies, two witnesses confirm that Gaahl did not drink - or threaten to drink - his blood. Like Gaahl said; "I would never drink or eat something that is not clean". If he is found guilty, he will be imprisoned for 18 months, whereas the victim's lawyer tried to get Gaahl imprisoned for 9 years.
