SILENT FORCE, the band featuring ex-ROYAL HUNT singer D.C. Cooper, will enter House of Audio studio in Karlsdorf, Germany on June 20 with producer Dennis Ward (ANGRA, PINK CREAM 69) to begin recording their third album, "Line Of Attack", for a late 2003 release.

"Line Of Attack" is the follow up to 2001's "Infatuator", which garnered rave reviews and was followed up by European tours with ANGRA and U.D.O. and an appearance at the sold-out ProgPower USA show in Atlanta, Georgia.

"We went through a difficult year," the band write on their official web site. "It started with the flipped disc of [drummer] Andre [Hilgers]' back during the German tour with U.D.O. He had a successful operation, but it took half a year 'till we could enter the rehearsal room to start working on the new album. Then this stupid bottle of champagne exploded in his hand and cut a tendon on his left hand... and for another few weeks we had been paralyzed. For a few months, we didn't have any accidents anymore... and worked our asses of to write the best material ever.

" 'Line Of Attack' will be very melodic, fast and powerful... WATCH OUT for a release by the end of the year."
