Simple Windows video editing software?

Hey guys,

What's a good app to use for simple video editing in Windows? I don't need something hardcore like Premiere, but rather quick and easy to use. Easy to do simple transitions, filters, and export in a solid array of formats?

For quick shit I use Windows Movei Maker. It doesnt come with windows any more but you can get it as a separate download from the Microsoft website. Its not great by any means, but if all you are looking to do is some fades, wipes & Titles between scenes its fine.

Adobe Premiere Elements or Magix Movie Edit (both are under 100 bucks as far as I know). Windows Movie Maker is also quite useful but simple.

I think its got to be sony vegas or windows movie maker to fit that bill dude.

For a large difference in price a basic user will not notice a difference worth the extra money.
