I have DI'ed guitar tracks (both, strummed + picked chords plus leads) from a Gibson style humbucker guitar and I want to make em sound nicely clean using the said Plug In set. Unfortunetaly I can't dial in a good sound. All it does is sounding something like "doing, doing"... :Puke: :goggly:

Now: Do you guys have any clean settings that worked well for you that you are willing to share? THX!

Actually GuitarSuite includes a JCM900 modell, I don't know how accurat it is though... Anyway I got my "doing, doing" already so there's no more need for that! ;)
There's a Fender model in there too but that doesn't seem to do any miracles either...

Just fiddle around with it a little bit (as far as i remember there are only 4 or 5 faders). It often helps if you take out the mids for a good clean sound.
You could also try to combine the "Fender" sound with your (eq`d) di signal (i did that once for a better strat like attack).

The Fender Twin emulation worked fine for me when mixing the 'Recalibrate' track (on my site and myspace if you want to hear). I understand it wouldn't work for all purposes, but considering it's a clean-electric oriented track, I thought they came off surprisingly well.
