and I agree ee w/ TL , he might be a better fit for a band like Dragonlord or some other Black/Extreme Death Metal band.
A guy like John Tempesta is more Testament's style

Testament leaves all opitions open..........But rumours are just rumours........
at the moment.......but Nick is a big Testament fan, he said so on the tour bus,
at the last Dimmu/Nevermore/CoB.......concert in SF!......He is a great drummer.......but I don't think the fit is quite right.........IMO......

well, im pretty sure the TestAmenT drum spot is reserved for "the storm" i do agree tho, nick would be cool in DragonLord. but my biggest concern is whois gonna be drumming for dimmu??!!? Maybe they can get Tjodalv to come back, he had a killer drum style.

I think Nick would do fine with Testament...I'm sure he could adapt his playing style to them fairly quick. He uses a lot of triggers in Dimmu..and as a result he's not a hard hitter like Johnny is, but Black metal requires a certain sound so I'm sure that's the reason for the triggers. He's a brick so I'm sure he could hit harder than hell if he was in a thrash band!! He's got REALLY quick hands and feet like Gene Hogland!! He could do it...I'm sure of it!
