Slate Digital wont recognize my passcode!

I just got Slate Trigger Platinum and in ilok2. I tried to enter the passcode on slatedigital.com and it says it doesnt recognize it! Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I need to do first? I tried like 3 times.

It's pretty clear that Slate has little concern for their customers' experience. I've seen way too much feedback like this to ever purchase a Slate product.

this is such bullshit. I asked a question on customer support but who knows how long taht will take. The instructions for this product are vague. I've never had any issues installing any other plugins ever.

well the customer support actually responded very fast. My problem was resolved. Still don't know why I had it in the first place but whatever.

The problem with statments like this is that people only tend to come on forums when they have problems. If everything works ok (as I'm sure it does for the majority of purchases) then they just get on with making music.

Fwiw I've never had any issues with any of my Slate products, and when I contacted support to get a new demo licence after upgrading my machine they responded very quickly.

The good thing with Slate is that he can arrange anything. If you have a legitimate problem different than the usual ones, usually just asking him and providing a S/N to prove you own the product is enough for him to help you in a day or so.

finally got my ilok2 in the mail yesterday and was able to install VCC and VTM with absolutely no issues. Plus, that Ilok2 does look sexy

support is quick but I do agree documentation can be vague. so many support tickets/forum topics could be avoided by just providing more info in the manuals.

I bought VCC and Trigger over the BF sales along with the Ilok and had zero problems with anything and I was as skeptical as you guys about customer support. Bout the only thing I can't get done is an answer to how long the VTM demo lasts!
