Slayer are gone to me, just take a look at them, they look all deflated, and that reflects big time on their music, plus that still reigning DVD was a disgrace. They're just trying to cash in now that true thrasher respect is so out of reach.

With that said, I thank them very much for everything they released before reigning blood. True masterpieces.

Thats true. Drinking a Lindemans Kriek with carnut or Marc in the sun on a beautiful Belgian market 'terrasje' in Leuven, Brussels of Antwerp is great!

Man, all this Slayer hating on this thread is depressing...I remember a time when I would tell myself that "Metallica could put out an album with them playing washboards and blowin' on jugs and I would buy it"-then they came out w/load & Re-load.Boy was I wrong!! But with Slayer, I'll always buy their music. You can't really say they've lost their aggression, Show no mercy is a lot slower than Christ Illusion.
As for this tour w/Manson,he has definitely lost a step since Antichrist. He put on a good show when I saw him at Giants stadium on the Ozzfest tour(w/Pantera,Fear Factory,Sabbath)but I think the faithfull Slayer fans will give him a hard time.
