get up at 8 in the morning and go to bed at 23 in the evening
don't get active between these times
don't drink or eat a lot before you go to bed

Mix sleeping pills with a lot of alcohol. Works real fine. Take a high dose of both but beware, hey, you know you could die with this. 2-3 pills + a whole bottle of wine or 3-4 glasses of whiskey or 1.5-2L of beer should do the trick. You'll sleep like a baby, feel a bit disconnected the day after though.
