I used to love sleep terror for their instrumental insanity. Now the vocals are the focus on the song, not the insanity.

Glad I bought that instrumental CD and EP...

Actually, I just don't like that style of death vox. I like the more audible style like Swano/Åkerfeldt/Stanne. I guess I've just never been a fan of old school death metal. Does that still make me gay?

Wouldn't that be Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Suffocation etc? I'm not saying Sleep Terror is, I'm saying their vocalist is reminicent of an old school death metal vocalist.

He sounds just like those vocalists who pass them off in that combo of Death Metal and Hardcore, called Deathcore.

dammit!!!!!! sleep terror is still one mans tech guitar wankfest wet dream... sadly and whiningly so I want their vocalist in my band... that guy is damn good and he compliments insane music nicely.
