Here is my vocal cover Psychosocial!!

I'm just 17 years old, so my screaming sound may not be that good.
Thank you for listening and please leave your comment :)

That's not very good at all. Sounds like you recorded yourself in a bathroom. The screams sound juvenile and the cleans are way out of tune.
Maybe it's your accent but it sounds like you have a lisp too.
On the bright side you seem to have a good sense of rhythm, not always the case with beginners so keep working young padawan.

Think it would be a lot better in case you record the vocal without this room reverberation: closer to the mic and with your back to the wall. It might allow minimizing the amount of the captured reflections. What is the mic, BTW?
You should practice your clean to the melody more in order to get it more in-tune.
Good luck! :)

Guys before me said more about mixing and recording, I will say something as a semi-amateur vocalist. You sound like you're hurting yourself with your screams, you should be relaxed (watch those series of tutorials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SeSL9WdVBo). About cleans...They are bad, you should sing with your whole voice, not only part of it, there's lack of power, and cause of diaphragm, you're not hitting the right notes.

Thank you for your comment.
I'm just a beginner ,but I'll practice more about my voice and fix my sound recording device.

You have possibilities to get nice vocals, but do not forget about recording nuances

About audio: Too Roomy..

About your vocals: You can improve more.. you need a lot of intensity in your voice and your soft vocals are really out of tune..

#I'm a vocalist myself Checkout my song hope you like it.. And keep practicing dude.. :headbang:

Doing pitched creams properly requires a lot of vocal strength that can only be attained by hours of singing practice. Corey Taylor is one hell of a singer and that takes priority over his screaming. His older projects were nothing like slipknot.

I know it seems counter intuitive, but sing more if you want to scream better!
